  3.  PCC is marketed under the shareware principle, whereby you can test a piece of
  4. software at home BEFORE paying for it. If, however, you decide to keep this
  5. piece of software, you are expected to register your copy. This ensures that
  6. Shareware will always be available to you.

  8.  You are granted permission to use PCC on your own computer, and to distribute
  9. PCC and all its associated documentation UNALTERED everywhere. To alter this
  10. program for the purpose of distribution is a violation of copyright law.

  12. Site licences and customized versions are available through special agreements
  13. with Brick Prison Software Company.

  20. Company until the user has ordered a copy from Brick Prison Software Company

  24.  the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, applies to the program
  25.  PC-Commander. Niether the author nor Brick Prison Software Company will be
